How To Get Rid Of Anxiety Without Medication
How many times have you been to the doctors office and the doctor told you that you need to take medication for your anxiety? How many times have you heard somebody tell you that they cured their anxiety with xanax? I know that I have heard this multiple time before and I am getting tired of it. Anxiety medication is nothing but trouble and here is why. At first it will be awesome, it will work just like it is supposed to. You might not even have any anxiety at all as long as you take it. The more of it you take the more you realize that it does not work as great as it used to. Then you start to take more and more until you become fully addicted to this stuff. That is exactly why I learned how to get rid of anxiety without medication. I do not want to be dependent on any stupid meds and I sure as hell do not want people to tell me what I should and should not be taking. If you are here and you are interested in some alternative methods to curing anxiety you should try these tips and see if they work for you.
1.Daily Exercise
When you get daily exercise it releases chemicals in your brain that can help lower stress and anxiety. It is not some fake thing that I just made up. It really is real and if you do a little bit of homework you will learn that I am telling the truth. You probably would rather cut off your left arm than exercise because that is just how some people are. But if you want to learn how to get rid of anxiety without medication you had better start going to the gym.
2.Yoga And Breathing Exercises
If you are going to try and learn yoga you should at least find a decent teacher. Do not go on the internet and watch a few videos. That will be little to no help at all. Yoga has been shown to reduce stress and anxiety. Along with yoga you will learn plenty of very relaxing breathing exercises to fight your anxiety attacks. First thing you are going to want to do is find yourself a coach and then you can get to this step.
3.Take A Nap
Whenever my anxiety is through the roof I sometimes like to just lay down and take a nap. It is not really the most effective and useful method but it does work. It is more of a temporary fix I guess. When it comes to learning how to get rid of anxiety without mediation this is an excellent quick fix for all of you guys. Try not to nap for long periods of time because sometimes if you get too much sleep it can make your anxiety worse than before.
